A Plead for Prayers

Well, it finally hit me last night. All this traveling, homework, being a ministers wife, living in a new town, having a new screaming puppy, and just living two seperate lives in general all came to its peak last night. I was putting up the shower curtain that our puppy Murphy pulled down, and I just lost it. I've never cried while sitting on the side of the bath tub before. I knew this semester would be hard, not easy at all. But just after three weeks, I'm already sick of it. While in Abilene I catch myself saying, "am I really still in college?" and while I'm in Tulia I say, "if I were just still in college it would be easier." So as I face these few months with my two lives, I plead for your prayers. Prayers that the Lord would energize me in Abilene and in Tulia, that He would bring me peace knowing that He is Lord, and I am not. Thanks.

On the other hand, it's Tulia's homecoming tonight, and the first home football game since we've been here. So, with our maroon and white on, we're gonna go out and cheer for those Hornetts, luckily I won't be stuck wearing one of those annoying mums though! Go T-TOWN!
