Cute Kids

On Wednesday nights at church I have the wonderful priviledge of teaching most of the children in our congregation. I've got them all from 4 years old to 7 years old. They definately keep me on my toes and each week I have a great time with them. Each week we have a rock/paper/scissors tournament and then describe the best part of our week. It's so fun to hear answers like (the best part of my week) was taking a nap, or playing with my mom. They are so precious. These past few weeks we've been talking about our different body parts and how we can use those parts to serve Jesus. Last week we were discussing how we could serve Jesus using our lips. I asked the kids what they thought and this was what was said...
Kat: How do you think we can serve Jesus with our lips?
Kids: Umm...sing.
Kat: Yes, thats a great way to serve God, how else?
Kids: Umm...I don't know.
Kat: What do you do right before you go to bed?
Dylan: Use the bathroom?

Just goes to show that kids will say the cutest things. I pulled out my camera this week and they went crazy! I can't wait to have kids of my own one day!

Cute kids in Tulia, Texas! I am a Texan, as well, and a Christian. I once had a cousin from Tulia...Cozette Green. She would be about 60, probably not Green any more. She was a Methodist back then. Anyway, enjoyed your blog.

I will let you know about camps as they get closer. The July camps are usually the sessions where I need the most volunteers (K3, K4, L2L3). I am excited you will both be coming!
