Searching...

Well not much has happened in Tulia over the past few weeks and I have been loving my time here not having to do much. Clint and I did go to the Miss Tulia beauty pageant on Saturday night and it was hilarious! There were girls ranging from 4 years old to high school seniors and Clint and I were definitely entertained. One five year old girl from our church was in the Little Miss Tulia category and when she came out on stage she was all dolled up from head to toe. She looked precious and we thought surely she would win, that is until she had an itch in just the wrong place...you know what I'm talking about. So like any five year old girl would do, she starts scratching and doesn't stop. Her dress is hiking up and the crowd is dying laughing. It was precious. Needless to say, she didn't win.

I've got two job interviews tomorrow in Plainview, the next town over. One is at the YMCA for the after school child care program coordinator....right up my alley huh. The other is for a Teaching Aide at Estacado 8th grade school...not quite sure exactly what I want to do with my life, but both jobs would be great to have. You can pray for that ok?

Happy Birthday Katie Hooper...love you!
